Had a lovely first visit thanks to the kind staff and tasty food! Their food is served in to-go containers whether you dine in or take away which makes it easy to bring home leftovers (you will absolutely have them if you order entrees). The portions are very generous for the price (expect to pay about 15-20 per person). The flavors were up to my high standards. The hummus and garlic paste are perfect! I ordered the Shish Tawook (chicken) entree and it came with a large serving of fluffy, moist rice along with the chicken and a heaping handful of pickles. On the side it came with pita bread and a huge container of hummus, plus two 2 oz cups of garlic paste. They also offer a variety of bakery items that look absolutely delicious. I didn't grab any this visit, but will absolutely do so in the future! My only "criticism" regarding the food would be that I want more grilled veggies! If they served grilled onion and bell pepper with the Shish Tawook they would get a 100/100 from me. Hopping over to the dine-in experience, the restaurant is a bit small and the grill is rather loud so it can be difficult to chat if you dine in. Not a huge issue, especially if you prefer take out, but wanted to mention for anyone who may be hard of hearing! Overall, I highly recommend and will be back soon. 3

This is our favorite restaurant in the area. We drive almost an hour round trip to pick up their carry out on a regular basis. The meal for two is AMAZING, great flavor, always fresh, generous portions and the price is perfect. Their salad dressing and hummus is the best I’ve ever had. Absolutely love their falafel too! Don’t forget to grab a cannoli!

Pita delight lives up to its name, it was a delight! The food is excellent, we ate chicken shawarma pitas. The toum was perfect, with a rich fresh garlic flavor. The service was quick and friendly on the Monday night we stopped by. The restaurant itself is beautifully renovated, and well cared for. The exposed brick walls, modern wood furniture, and bright lighting create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's conveniently located in the center of Tecumseh, a small and well cared for picturesque Midwestern town. We visited the night of the 2024 total solar eclipse, it was a treat.

My family ordered a bunch of food for a family party (12 people) and it was all amazing. We got shish tawook, chicken shawarma, rice, falafel, salad, baklava and more. Picking it up was super simple and everyone working there was so nice! We'll definitely be doing this again.

We did carry out. They had everything ready to go, well packaged and plenty of food for our group. We bought the chefs special for 6, a good variety of everything.

I’ve been here numerous times for lunch and it’s always been quick and delicious. My class catered our lunch today (1/14/24)and it was seriously the best lunch I’ve had in as long as I can remember. Their food is so full of flavor and so light on the stomach! I always feel so good after eating here! You guys do such an amazing job! I speak for our whole class when I say we will all continue to be loyal customers! We all did happy dances while eating! Thank you for the incredible food! It tastes as if it’s made with love!!

I love this place! If you are looking for Mediterranean food (gyros, shawarma, etc) this is the only place in town! The food is always delicious. I like the Chicken Shawarma sandwich and the grilled veggies. The owners are always very friendly. Service is great, and it is always very clean. I highly recommend Pita Delight!
